To allow you to enjoy the calm and serenity of the estate after a day of discovery in Normandy, we offer a catered meal to enjoy in the common area dedicated to this purpose or outside.
Our caterer works with local and seasonal products.
Orders must be made 48 hours before the day of the meal.

STARTERS
Carotte Cumin – Cream of carrots with cumin, mixture of semolina & almond Lentil
Beetroot – Lentil, beetroot & raspberry vinegar salad
Soft sweet potato, ginger lemongrass & spinach velouté
Oeuf Comté – Organic egg, cream of polenta with Comté cheese & button mushrooms
MEAT:
Duck Parmentier – Duck confit & mashed potatoes
Veal Osso Bucco – Stewed veal with tomato sauce & pasta
PISCES:
Yuzu salmon – Steamed salmon, Yuzu cauliflower cream, spelled & wilted spinach
Risotto Chorizo-Shrimp – Risotto with chorizo-shrimp & leek fondue
Roquette Cod – Stewed cod fillet, mashed potatoes, arugula & Madagascar pepper
